Alcochette

22 July
We drove over Vasco De Gama Bridge ... By far the longest bridge (Pont) we have seen. We headed towards RESTAURANTE O ARRAST, ALCOCHETE by the sea side. We watch beach surfers with parachutes. From a distance taught that people were flying kites. The restaurant served us delicious sardine paste, mackerel and sardine grill. Alexander insisted that I should try the Portuguese desert made of sweetened separated egg white and yolk. Cooper enjoyed the brown bread only.

It was lovely to see Gareth tasting everything and enjoying everything. I missed Swithun terribly today.
